sunday tkd.. wah... after some kicking and lots of round of sparring, injuries everywhere. it lasted about 4 hours... hahas. blue black here blue black there.. my left knee cannot squat.. cos before ending class we done bout 200 or 250 squat jumps. right leg hmm i think vein pull.. probably didnt stretch properly.. my right leg feet was blue black, imagine while walking every step would cause a inch of pain.. think tml not going for tkd.... it gonna take few day to recover, i had seen martial arts movie had said in the dialog that the best martial art practioner will not train regularly instead at a time of a season they will put in all their effort and train and den slowly recover from any injury by meditation. Today accounting CA i think i did my best ba.. hope gotta 60+ 70+.. but dont fail can liao.... while for today was resting at home due to my injuries....

starts from 3/07/07tues
hohoho.. went to tkd.. hmm seems i taking class today cos ma'am didnt come and plus am highest belt there.. dots. den ask them do pattern, white belt pattern confirm okay liao den ask them do some kicking. after that home sweet home it was early ended. lols. after that went to long john to eat. den head straight home.
den saturday again. for grading. stupid seh.. the sparring that guy was mad like kicking soccerball like that anyhow kick.. got also kick dun have also kick. dots, and each blow is like give his full strength. but i was laughing did you hit my padding even though you hit so many times? i hit 2-3 of his padding i think. den after that sparring ended i ask him why you hit so hard tot light contact? he say aiya must hit hard ma.. so that judge can see your skill. dots.. light contact means light contact fail to listen instruction. I'll get my revenge someday. lols. den after that went to pao pao mun ting eat..... den go home.
sunday ah.. err forget do what liao.

went to see movie transformer with my cg members.. the show was lame, funny though. the graphic effect was great.. I like bumberbee, cos the car so stylo milo, lols. after that all go home.
12/7 boring day
13/7 accompany my friend watch transformers again in gv marina square.... den after that went zone revival meeting, whoa one of the most power annointing cg i ever had. (: den went home.
14/7 went to service.... after that go eat. den go home.
15/7 dang dang -private life- lols.
16/7 mon went school. den meet my friend eat mac $2 meal before going to school. we was bout an hour late.. lmao. go there slack awhile.. den entrepruneur class.. all dont feel like going.. lols.. haiya go lah. den after that private life again.
17/7 there is no tkd class today cos grading one-week break. met out with friends go walk walk.. chit-chat, pool session, ktv.

geez today wanted to go for svc woke up at 8.30 den bath eat etc. den bout 9+ went out and waited for a cab for 30mins and den i got pekchek den call oncall.. den the person say 5 mins will be there, geez i was there waiting and waiting and yet that person can call and say the taxi driver is waiting for you. i said blk 579 BUSSTOP, the person replied "he is at there already". i said i couldnt see any cab around.. dots.. den he say i will call the taxi driver back, after that no respond... i was like Freak... den i see time.. 1020 liao.. oh my god.. i straight away rush home and watch the live service online. while watching i could sense the annointing. The preaching was good.. whoa. It talks about 7-M Mandate

** If we only have one or two mountains save the otherse will collapse. We're not gonna change the social mandate unless we change each single one.
Statistic results as shows: 95% of christian had never equip the 6 other mountains. Only 5%.. *PS. We need to be equip!
We must take authority of the mountains. if not
unbelivers will come and take over the authority and
invite Satan to come to the top of the mountain. this is called Spiritual Negotiation.
