today was taekwondo demo performance, something occurred. during plank kicking the girls cock up, i dont blame them maybe they have stage fright. is no point getting angry =), after that sparring. me and keith spar. i thanks God for giving me the strength. i been "
back thrash" by keith once. but didnt injured. i was amazed. has it is written "
No weapon form against me shall prosper". Luckily with my speed i manage to hit him like 5-6 hits. he hit me 3 hits i think. i kicked to his elbow once but no injury, his elbow pain. We are in a group. we shouldn't blame anyone who does wrongly afterall they are junior, dun have much experience. =) dude, come home the pain started again. swelling.
Nowadays the weather is so hot.. i need to get some deodorant before i go out. lols. i had high metabolism. bo bian.
i learn that kick you can't deflect the energy, you must use hand. kick only can take other's energy and give them back well more advance thing.
